East Wing Venue Rental Rates
A $200 deposit is required to reserve a date, refundable 1-3 days after your event if rental times are honored and no incidental damage occurs. A signed contract is required.
++ We do NOT rent on Thanksgiving, Easter, on Christmas Eve, or Christmas & other select holidays

DAYTIME: 7:00a –12:00p or 12:00 – 5:00p = $500 (5-hour block “in & out by” times; decorating & clean up time included within those hours)
(Choose a 4-hour “in & out by” block of time for $400.00. Times must be honored for the deposit return.)
EVENING: 5:00 pm – 9:00 pm = $600. (4-hour “in & out by” times; decorating & clean up times included within those hours; each additional hour adds $100)
Note: We provide a basic room setup with 4 -10 round tables with 6-8 chairs at each table

$100 minimum fee; daytime hours only. Inquire with the event coordinator to discuss needs
| SET UP & CLEAN UP |
Basic room set up provided with 4 – 10 60″ round tables with 6-8 chairs at each. Multiple other table sizes are available.
Clean up by our staff: $150 for smaller parties, meetings (less than 50), $200+ for larger parties/weddings (greater than 50 people)
Renter-provided cleanup: With a team of 4-6 people, cleanup is quick! Tasks include:
- Vacuum the carpet & wood floor
- Return tables & chairs as directed by the event coordinator
- Wipe kitchen & venue hard surfaces
- Return all furniture to its original location if moved
- Dispose of all garbage
Milady Coffeehouse Small Space
(semi-private)
Available 7 am – 6 pm during coffeehouse hours
When renting Milady’s Small Space, the portion for rent is the southern ⅓ portion of Milady Coffeehouse which includes a large brown farmhouse table with 10 chairs, 2 4-top tables with 4 chairs each, 2 pop up card tables (for food), various upholstered chairs, & additional folding chairs. We use ropes & stanchions to set your party area apart from the rest of the coffeehouse area. Stop by Milady to view the space anytime!
This space is perfect for 10-25 people for small bridal or baby showers, small retirement parties where people come and go, and other small, special occasion gatherings.
Food: bring your own or order from us. Our house-made chicken salad is grand!
Beverages: See our beverage catering menu below for beverage catering options/requirements. Coffee must be purchased in-house.
++Many renters opt to simply start a coffee/beverage tab so their guests can order a drink of choice! What a treat!
Small Space Rates:
$50 deposit to book the date, refundable if times are honored & no damage occurs
“In & out by” 3 hour block rate = $150
Example: Book 12:30 – 3:30 for a baby shower. Arrive at 12:30 for set up; party is from 1-3, clean up from 3:00- 3:30. Times honored = $50 deposit returned.
For each additional hour needed, add $50.
(Big Perk: you don’t have to clean your house for this party or borrow the neighbor’s chairs!)
+Please do not arrive earlier than your stated time; the space will not be ready for you & the deposit may be forfeited.
